If the goods you receive do not reach you in a satisfactory condition (i.e in a damaged state), we will replace those goods if they are returned to Scrappers Groove within 7 days of purchase. Where replacement is not possible, Scrappers Groove will fully reimburse the value of the returned product(s).
The privacy of your customer data and orders are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Internet Banking or a cash deposit at your local Kiwibank branch are currently the only methods of payment available for orders placed with Scrappers Groove. If you wish to pay at a local Kiwibank branch, simply choose the Online Banking payment option which will provide our account details. Payments must reach our nominated bank account within 3 days of the placing of your order. Should payment not be received by us within this period, your order will be cancelled and the products will be relisted on our website. We will acknowledge receipt of payments received by way of email notification. We will also notify you via email notification if your order has been cancelled due to non-payment.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by Internet Banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 working days from this date for delivery.
We are currently only accepting orders placed within New Zealand and will only ship to New Zealand destinations.
Scrappers Groove utilises the services of New Zealand Post and Fastway Couriers for the delivery of orders placed. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be received (target delivery times).
